I follow the "ESPN Stats & Info" page on twitter. This is a great account to follow for any sports fans. The page keeps people up to date on major sports games that are happening at the moment. The main purpose for the page however seems to be to supply details to people about specific stats and records. For example there latest tweet says "A.J. Green: 1 of 3 Bengals with at least 11 TD catches in season (Carl Pickens, T.J. Houshmandzadeh)". The Bengals have are not playing right now but they are still supplying information about them. This outlet is perfect for sports fans who are looking to learn more in depth information about the sports they like. It supplies the audience with sometimes random interesting facts.
The outlet also does a great job of always keeping people updated. They tweet just about every 10 minutes. So every time someone checks there newsfeed, they see a new stat from ESPN.
